Advanced Production Line Machinery for Precision Medical Manufacturing
Manufacturing Process
At Medimarkers Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., we follow a rigorous and standardized manufacturing process to ensure the highest quality and safety of pharmaceutical products. Our operations are fully compliant with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory standards.
Production Lines
We provide accurate, research-based info on medicine uses, benefits, and side effects to help you make informed health choices.
Raw Material Procurement
We source high-quality raw materials from certified and trusted suppliers. All materials undergo strict quality checks in our in-house laboratory before approval for use.
Material Dispensing
Approved raw materials are accurately weighed and dispensed in a controlled environment using calibrated equipment to maintain batch consistency.
Granulation / Mixing
Depending on the formulation, materials undergo wet or dry granulation or direct blending. This process ensures even distribution of active ingredients throughout the batch.
Compression / Encapsulation
The granulated mixture is compressed into tablets or filled into capsules using high-speed, precision machinery to maintain uniformity in weight and content.
Coating / Polishing
Tablets may undergo coating to enhance stability, taste, or ease of swallowing. Capsules are polished and visually inspected for uniformity.
Packaging
Finished products are packed in suitable primary and secondary packaging (blister, bottle, sachet, etc.) under hygienic conditions to protect product integrity.
Quality Control
Throughout the process, in-process and final product testing is conducted to meet predefined specifications. Stability studies, microbial tests, and batch release analysis ensure quality, safety, and efficacy.
Storage & Dispatch
Products are stored in temperature-controlled warehouses and dispatched following validated logistics protocols to ensure timely and safe delivery
